Free Shipping Information
- Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders of $99 or more* applies to U.S. Domestic Orders Only - Does not include P.O. Box, APO's, FPO's, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Additional Shipping Information
- We currently ship to US addresses only; we plan to support International shipping shortly
- We currently ship via UPS (preferred due to tracking/delivery confirmation and insurance) and USPS Parcel Post (slower, but most affordable). We may email you to (optionally) substitute USPS Priority Mail if your order would ship safely in one of their fixed-rate boxes or padded envelopes.
- UPS only ships to business and residential street addresses (i.e., no PO Box or APO/FPO addresses); you must choose USPS for PO Box, APO/FPO addresses.
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days; please see specific product pages for additional details
Order Tracking Information
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email including a UPS tracking code once we've processed your payment and order. Please note that it may take one business day for UPS to update their tracking information.
- Alternatively, you may check your order's status and grab your tracking code (once your order has been processed) by visiting your Order History page within My Account
